Tom Daley is a young 14 year old who wants to won Gold in 2012. He may not have won a medel in this years Olympics, but he had not planned to be there. In this video Tom shows his vision book. In this book he notes the 2012 goals and in the other pages he keeps a record of all his other achievemnets. These are called mini goals which help on the road to achieving his main goal. Britains Got Talent winner George Sampson always said that he would be a winner. He knew that the only way that he could achieve his goal was to focus on his talents every day and dance morning, noon and night. He is a positive thinker and always tells people that he will achive. Charlie Green started singing from the age of three and in his interview he states that he would day dream (vision) that he will be singing on stage with a big band behind him. Once again with the great support of his fater Charlie has achieved his goal. He may not have won the final but trust me Charlie will be a great success in the next few years.
